Sophie Lamm is a dancer and dance instructor with training in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, heels, and acrobatics. While on the Dance Connection Palo Alto Performing Company, she won the Title Award from Spotlight Dance Cup in 2023, Regional Dancer of the Year in 2022 from Hollywood Vibe, and Regional Grand Prize Winner in 2021 from Hollywood Vibe. She now attends UC Berkeley, where she has expanded her repertoire to include ballroom dance, including Latin and Standard.

Sophie has been teaching children ages 3-18 at Dance Connection Palo Alto since 2020, choreographing award-winning solos, duos, and group pieces. She also offers private dance lessons for technique, rehearsals, and combos in person and virtually.
