Sophie Lamm, 19, is a dancer and dance instructor with training in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, heels, acrobatics, and tap. She was previously on the Dance Connection Palo Alto Performing Company and is now attending UC Berkeley. She won the Title Award from Spotlight Dance Cup in 2023, Regional Dancer of the Year in 2022 from Hollywood Vibe, and Regional Grand Prize Winner in 2021 from Hollywood Vibe.

Sophie has been teaching children ages 3-18 at Dance Connection Palo Alto since 2020, where she has choreographed award-winning solos, duos, and group pieces. She also offers private dance lessons for technique, rehearsals, and combos in person and virtually.
